COVID-19 POLICY

We were delighted to hear the recent announcement from the Government. At last, we think that we can all now see some light at the end of the tunnel.

But we are still acutely aware of guests' need for increased privacy and safety.  We have therefore decided that we will continue with our current procedures until June 2022 by which time we anticipate that the situation will have improved considerably.

Until that time we will continue to offer only one listing at a time. We think that this is the best policy for now.  With a separate guest entrance onto the property and a private guest-only hall door into the house, we can ensure total privacy for our guests. For guests who will arrive after 1 June 2022 we will resume all of our accommodation options. Guests will be able to decide on whether they prefer the private use of the property or are comfortable with shared facilities and can book accordingly.

We have undertaken all Covid 19 Government training and hold Failte Ireland Covid 19 Safety Charters for both the  Accommodation and Tour areas of our business.

We have increased the extent and frequency of our Cleaning Procedure.

We have installed sanitising stations throughout the property and would ask that these be used regularly

We still recommend the wearing of masks where appropriate. We will continue to do so whenever we meet with our guests. We would ask that the previous social distancing guidelines continue to be observed where possible.

With regards to ventilation, we would ask that where possible windows and doors are left open. We will thoroughly ventilate all indoor areas prior to guest's arrival

We would still ask that the person making the booking provide us with his/her contact details. We will also require that he/she has the contact details of all other people in their group. This will help with contact tracing should it be required.

Above all else, your safety is our primary concern. We believe that all of the above will enhance this while ensuring that you have a most enjoyable experience here with us at Into The Burren.

We would, of course, welcome any suggestions as to how we can improve our facilities.

Thank you for your cooperation
